Life can be difficult to navigate especially when you have been through many tough challenges that seem to devastate your morale. Good and bad experiences will continuously happen throughout your life whether you live correctly or within your perception of righteousness. How you deal with the outcomes will determine your path. We always have two choices to make on a daily basis.
The problem is that most people will make the easiest choice rather than making the difficult choices. If you take the simplest way out of our issues, it just means that you will most likely repeat the same situation again with a different twist. If you analyze past choices you will see the similarities of your situations which stems from the choices you have made.
If you truly want to make a change in your life, then you need to make the choice of going in a direction that you would not normally choose. There are lessons to be learned in the unknown. The biggest chance of repeating the same type of problems will usually change based on decisions you have made. The less trodden path is the one that will lead to a true change in your life and you may be pleasantly surprised with the outcomes.
Too many people get stuck in their ways the older they get. When people refuse to look at their own choices throughout their lives then they will continue to make the same choices. Their personality then sways towards the side of victimhood believing that nothing good happens to them. Rather than taking the time to reflect and make a conscious decision to make a change within their life. Venture outside the comfort zone with one thing at a time and it will change the way you operate during your day. You will notice that people and things will be different. Your view of your circumstances will also be different
The unknown is scary especially for people who have control issues. For them, the unknown is unpredictable therefore it is not a way to proceed. Sometimes the best outcome is the one that you don’t anticipate. Look back on your life, at the events that happened that were unplanned or spontaneous. Did it bring you a little bit of joy filled with a little anxiety? Was it a good experience overall? The not knowing is sometimes the best experience in life.
