Storms can be seen as both dangerous and much needed in nature. The rain that flows from the sky is also the giver of life even though it may initially create disruptions.
Sometime a storm just comes out of nowhere and with it brings a little bit of fear because of the loud and blinding electricity as well as the torrential downpours that can beat down on you in a split second. It can even have the ability to tear down long standing trees that have been growing for years. Due to the force of the storm, it has been knocked down and has given the opportunity for something else to grow in its place.
If you can weather the storm, you’ll see that the clouds dissipate, and the sun eventually shines bright again. The rain feeds everything and cleanses as it falls from the sky which is very much needed. Sometimes after a big storm you can see a beautiful rainbow which is a reminder that nature is a wonderous creation.
Life can mimic nature in its own way. You can be coasting through your life thinking that everything is fine as it is. Suddenly something out of the blue will happen that was totally unexpected and with it changes your way of being and how you go through life. A storm can pass through your life destroying the way you saw things working out in your future to then have it all radically changed as with the tree that had toppled over due to the windstorm.
Changes were meant to come into your life in order for you to experience events to make you grow and learn. With new growth comes new opportunities. As in life, it is all about choices and what will you choose to do with that new opportunity that has presented itself.
In nature storms don’t happen very often but when they do, it can be seen as a force for both good and bad. For all the destruction that it can bring, along the way it brings growth and new potential. Our experiences in life can be very similar. The dark ominous clouds never stay for too long until there is sunshine again which is inevitable. Enjoy the turbulence and the calmness of nature because it presents itself as a wonderous gift.
Storms do not have to be turbulent all the time, some will be short, and others may last for some time however at the end there is either a rainbow or sunshine the following morning.
